Bake from frozen.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Remove from plastic trays and place Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites on a baking pan 1/2" apart. Bake for 18-25 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown on top. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
